So ive been skeptical about the ragin blaze seasoning line I will admit but with all the hype id figure I'd try it out.
Let me preface this by saying im 32 and have cooked since well as long as I can remeber. Im no classically trained chef but I can hold my own with about any dish.
Ive tried fajitas from pretty much every mexican food place from texas to arizona, high end and low end places.
I recieced my order last week with the extra fajita marinade in it. And proceeded to marinate 1 lb of chicken and a pound of good quality skirt steak. I let the meet sit in the marinade for 24 hours and procceded to grill.
As soon as I placed the meat on the grill I told my wife these are gonna be good. What I didnt realize was how good. Like I said ive had fajitas every which way from sunday and these were as good if not better then any I've ever had.
My wife calls me a "food snob" because well I like good food and as she and anyone that knows me can attest if I say something is good you can take it to the bank that it is.
I cannot wait to try the chili mix but if its anything like the fajitas it will be great.
I hope this helps some of you that might be on the fence about trying some of this stuff. Its well worth your money.
