saw a lady on TV last night using coffee and cocoa mix on tenderloins. Not sure what I thought about that......definitely different!

Tomorrow at my brothers house, swing by when you are in town. I always cook over mesquite coals for about 10 minutes. My brother is the egg expert so it will probably be about 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Take out, let it sit for a bit and cut into it.

Taste real good on a ribeye also.
