I say yes on the XP, because I LOVE mine. 2013 800 single seat.
So now thats out of the way, lets figure out this squeaking. I have sprayed WD, Lithium, garage door stuff, and anything else you can think of all over the suspension, roll bar, and every joint I can find. Sometimes i wont squeak, but most times it does.

I have a 2013 Crew and it started squeaking after the first hour of riding. 99% of the time the squeaking is coming from the strike plates where the bed latches. You can put duct tape or some type of hard rubber material on the strike plate and it will quiet it up until it wears through again.

You don't want to brag about not doing maintenance, hauling 2x as much, or driving it through sh... stuff and back, but my Kubota RTV has done it. I don't care about driving over 30mph. I would buy another Kubota.

I have a Polaris Ranger, bought it in '09. I would buy another one. They ride smooth and are pretty hard to get stuck. I have done the routine maintenance on it and that is pretty much it. But I have lugged around my 2 kids, a feeder, an ice chest with drinks and 6 50lb bags with out a problem.

Glad I'm not the only one with squeaks. Also I agree with above about stock tires being junk. Other then those minor things they are flat out work horses!!

Squeak is the bed latch we've got 3 rangers 2005 2009 and 2010 they all we're squeaking the same. Several coats of plasti dip or liquid tape on the latch lasts a while to.

Polaris hands down! They do have their problems here and there, but their work capacity and capabilities far out weigh the occasional mechanical issues!
