Hilarious that after the long time SEC big dogs said they don't cheer for each other the others still pull for them.

And I still think Bama is the second best team in the country.
And what kind of run is going on in Big 12 country?

I didn't start a conference argument wise guy.... I think the Big 12 may only win one bowl game!

        I don't cheer for a conference...

Cheering for post season success of teams that you compete against is silly. Wins help their recruiting. If I was an Aggie I would root for demise of every team in the conference.

I still am having a hard time believing that Baylor won the Big XII outright! When I was a student (00-04), we had the worst football teams you could ever imagine. It was painful to be a fan, and I probably wouldn't have believed that Baylor would be in this position such a short time later. We froze our rears off yesterday at the tailgate and at the game, but it was worth it!!

A few of you scoffed at me for suggesting that Baylor could win the conference this year, and it's really nice to win when there were so many doubters throughout the summer and even through the season.

I hope Mack rides off into the sunset and that UT is able to hire an excellent coach. The conference needs UT to be strong!

It's a great time to be a Bear!

I think our recruiting will be just fine

Wouldn't the "demise of every team in the conference" lead to the conference falling apart? Kinda like we witnessed in Big 12 Country?

It fell apart? Is two BCS bids falling apart? That's all the SEC will get.

Bob Stoops may get his "overrated" comments shoved down his throat again, this time in the Sugar.

A conference can get a maximum of 2 bids, right?

Yup, and the SEC, Big 12, ACC and Big 10 will likely be the only conferences with 2 a piece.

The SEC is filling the Sugar due to title shot and the ACC is filling the Orange for the same, the Big 12 and Big 10 appear to be getting an at large bid each.

It's no secret, a portion of A&M's recruiting is based on playing local but also in the SEC. The recruits have said so. They are attracted to this because of the perception of the SEC.

Rooting for the demise of every team in the SEC is counter productive.

Congrats to Baylor. They can really build on this momentum, Art knows what he is doing

Which also leads to 4 loss seasons.

Ol Saban sure has been on ESPN a lot lately after the loss. Is he practicing for the LHN?
