Looks legal to me......everyone hunts for different reasons and if your not seeing any does or just dont have enough does to shoot, smoke him if you want....just because TPWD may not want you to shoot him does not make him illegal.

Just curious if you'd say he's legal, that's all.

I have zero issues shooting young deer. Just so you know.

          yep he's close. I can't tell either.

I have looked all through tpwd handbook, and see no mention of a legal cull.

Legal per definition of the law, but why cheat yourself out of a decent buck in another 2-3 years?

Legal but young . If your hungry , shoot . If you can pass on him. He won't be legal again for 2-3 more years , IMO !!

Hunting in my backyard 200 yards from the barn I would call him legal. If I had to haul him 50 miles now the road I would still call him legal but not worth the risk of running across an eager warden.

NOT LEGAL, that is a branched antler on both sides according to our game warden.

that is a legal deer. Point does not make an inch on his left side. I would not shoot though because too young and not worth cleaning for that little of meat. Unless he continues to go downhill health wise
