A Huge ? on Mechanical Brodheads, Please read!

With all the threads popping up about mechanical heads and their reliability of opening or not opening, I am going to ask a simple question with a YES or No answer. I do not want an opinion on why you think this head did or did not deploy on an animal. This was shot at an animal and did hit the animal. It was not a full pass thru although it did exit the opposite side of the entrance. I have had this head for a while and I am curious on everyone's thoughts. Like I ask, please give me just a YES or NO. I will post all the particulars of the equipment and particulars of the shot and animal and if it was recovered or not at a later time. The 2 pics are of the same head, just one is closer, but blurry and the other is clear. If you have any questions, please post them and I will try to answer in a timely manner. Thanks
