Might sound crazy but a havalon is to sharp to skin a deer that fast. It cuts into the meat to easy.

According to the owner of the place, or whoever runs their web page, he didn't use an air compressor beforehand. Impressive either way.

I still have a hard time beleive that the hide wasn't manipulated in some way. I don't understand why the video starts with the hide already split down the inside of the hind legs then.

When I saw that video last week and first thing came to mind was the skin had been air compressed beforehand. No way in the world he could've of peeled off that hide so easy without any way of manipulation to it.

I guess we will never know. Impressive, nonetheless!
