The owner should have stripped down to her skivies and saved the deer....after about 5 minutes of splashing fun first.

Not the dogs fault. The owner needs to serve time. its Criminal.Makes me sick. Try that in Montana and its a dead dog, no questions asked.

I would say there would be some questions asked. Montana cities aren't exactly the same as "regular" cities...

I tried to watch it again but it was just too doggone disturbing. To think that someone could just stand by and watch their family pet maul an innocent creature.

I lived in Washington DC z for a couple years when I was in the Army and they're mostly a bunch of panzies. The guy saying he thought the deer was going to die is the funniest.

The owner should have put down her Starbucks and tried a little harder to corral her dog, but there wasn't anything all that nasty going on from what the video shows.

Yes JAIL TIME for being an idiot! There is a leash law for a reason and all she can do is say stop in her pathetic voice. What if that dog would of killed that deer then what? What if the deer was a kid?

We would not even be discussing this if that lady was smart enough to follow the rules and use a leash.

The deer was bleeding and looks like his back right leg was injured. Check the video at 1:17. You will see blood on his butt and leg dangling. Not sure if the dog did that or was already like that.

Dog should be on a leash though.

My dogs drag rabbits squirrels and all kinds of other wildlife up to the house all the time!!! If the dragged up a deer that's just part of natural selection! If the drag up a calf then we have an issue!!

Let me get this strait....A dog barks and snips at a wild animal that it has probably never seen before, if it was a rabbit or coon would you be just as mad. I doubt it.
And you want to take it to the dog killing or attacking a child......... I guess if you go and shoot a deer with a bow or gun I had better not bring my kids around you because you just might shoot them too.....

Dog's have prey drive, need an owner that can control them.
