I wasn't going to tell him he probably has a rattle snake den under the house.

Back in the 70's we had a lease cabin that had a den under it. You could bang on the floor next to the bathroom wall and hear them rattling, pretty loud if you were in the tub. Prank gone wrong got one of the lease member's wife running straight out of the tub.
