I am not one to say anything about dogs I have four at the moment. But they are dogs. Not much more. Do we get attached... of course. Does that magically make them human... no. If you care you will keep them on your property. I know mine are behind a hotwire for that reason.

Same goes for me...if my dog gets loose and runs onto your property I hope you don't shoot him but I am ultimetely at fault and the one to blame if you do. just sayin...

I took from the video they were on public land. Which is not their property. To be honest I'm pretty shocked that some of y'all could defend the hunter. I suspect y'all would feel different if it was your dog.

I surely wouldn't. My dog has gotten out, and if someone would of shot him I wouldn't of been happy. On the other hand the blame still would of rested on my shoulders and I wouldn't of gotten enraged about it. Now if someone shoots my dog on my property, it will be a very serious issue. I don't see what's so hard about understanding this concept for people.
