    Same goes for me...if my dog gets loose and runs onto your property I hope you don't shoot him but I am ultimetely at fault and the one to blame if you do. just sayin...

      I surely wouldn't. My dog has gotten out, and if someone would of shot him I wouldn't of been happy. On the other hand the blame still would of rested on my shoulders and I wouldn't of gotten enraged about it. Now if someone shoots my dog on my property, it will be a very serious issue. I don't see what's so hard about understanding this concept for people.
