            Is there anything else in it besides sand and aggregate?

            Seems this stuff was ready for the bags of portland to be dumped into the mixer! Needed nothing else!

            It was hauled in and dumped out of a dump truck and sat there for a few weeks before it was used.

            The company built a bunch of cattle guards. Built the forms and mixed their own concrete. Too remote to have it trucked in.

                  Yep c mix or premix. Same thing. Its the mixture that is ready to be added to make concrete. Nothing in it but sand and aggregate.
