What is the stuff called that has sand and aggregate mixed together that only needs the cement added to make concrete?

Sounds like the spillage off of the aggregate conveyer belt. Some plants scoop this up and sell it.

No, none of these are the term I have heard before.
You can get this stuff delivered by the dump truck load.

We just drive down to the local gravel pit and ask for cement gravel, and it is just gravel mixed in with sand that we buy by the dump truck load. Not sure if that is the correct name but they always give us the right stuff.
