Do you possible have the BlackJack phone?
If so, take it back...it's not the service, it's the phone.

Yep. You know how they can claim that though don't you? In the areas they make the calls and then drop them others can't even get a signal.

Mine works like a champ. The main fuzzy area I know of is Hardy Toll Road.

            Everywhere else it's worked fine.

All I know is that in the San Antonio and South Texas area ATT rocks...I get service where nobody else gets service and VERY rarely get dropped calls...like once every six months maybe and even then I suspect it's the phone on the other end. BTW, I only buy Nokia phones...they seem to get better reception than any other brand...

It is only the the original BlackJack.... they had a huge recall. I know this as 2 of the 3 I had in 10 months were recalls. All with the same problems as Tx_dropem is having.

I now have the Blackberry, and no issues. I have also heard the BlackJack II is good, but after 3... I was done with that brand.
