I've been trying to justify killing coyotes to myself for a while as we have quite a few on our lease. Was at least planning on tanning the hides. Maybe now i'll give the meat a shot too. Don't think anyone else in my family will be game for it though. Tried to get my wife to eat some skillet fried dove hearts a few weeks ago, she looked at me like she wanted to slap me.

Any uses for the hide in summer months? Beaver is open season year around.

Put it in your lap while watching the game and pet it saying good kitty the entire time.

To the OP know way I would eat coyote unless I was really hungry. Anything that will eat a 2 week old carcass is off the menu.

Buzzards love armadillo. It's what's for dinner. heheh
