    I'd thaw it out and give it the eye/smell test. If it passes, eat it yourself and give your dog more kibbles.

        I wouldn't think twice about feeding it to my dogs. They eat nasty-arse decaying road-kill whenever they get a chance. They have a stronger tolerance to that stuff then we do.
