I wouldn't think twice about feeding it to my dogs. They eat nasty-arse decaying road-kill whenever they get a chance. They have a stronger tolerance to that stuff then we do.

If it has been vacuum sealed, the meat will still be good... Any other form of wrapping, thaw one out and smell it.

Sort of. Part of that instinct/ability has been bred out of them via domestication.
