    Print Indentification

Found these prints in the mud last weekend at my place and wanted opinions on what they are. The spread on them is 4 1/2"

Need something to show how big they are (ruler, known object, etc.)

Wow, that looks pretty similar to a bear track. But, I don't know for sure. I don't see any claws. Possible they could have washed out though. Was there 5 toes, or 4?

I measured them while I was there, it is 4.5" from toe to toe.

Considering the last rain we had out there, they are no more than a couple weeks old. They were much clearer and more definitive on Saturday morning but my phone was not charged to take a picture. It rained pretty hard on Saturday so when I took pics on Sunday, they were kinda washed. They are absolutely not deer tracks on top of each other or next to each other.

Def. not cat, toes are too much in line. Looks like no claw marks, but it also looks as though they have been rained on since something left them. Just based on the pattern, I would have to say small bear, but who knows!

Hard to tell after the rain but appears to be 4 or 5.
