I used to hat cats until I got one for my wife. No animals should ever have to suffer like that.

A suggestion was made about having it fixed to see if he would settle down. But in the mean time he's suffering. I'm thinking of making a call and if the situation doesn't change quickly then...
You're a good man. You'll do the right thing.

I'm not a cat lover by any means but I don't want to see any animal treated like that. A person who would treat an animal like that rates right down there in my book with those that abuse small children and the elderly.

report them. I can not stand for any animal to be treated like that. Shooting the cat is not the answer. What is it doing wrong? It needs to be placed in a new home.

What I meant was.....if it's not your cat, then offer to take it to someone else. If the owner says "no", then I guess you could report it. But if the cat is fed and watered then is it really being mistreated? Pet stores keep animals in cages. I agree that the grooming of the cat seems neglected, but if the cat has food and water and shelter then i don't know.

                I hate cats.....a lot.
I hate Cats too. Take it to the lease/land for varmit/snake control. Problem solved.

Don't care for cats at all but no animal should be treated like that. I would try to let him loose or report the owner, the cat could fend for himself better than that 3x3 and crappy food.

I'd turn it loose and let it fend for itself. No need for any animal to suffer.

I hate pigs but I'm not gonna leave one to die in a trap. Same difference if you ask me.

Fun fact... Cat scratch fever is real... They crap and rub their feet in it trying to cover it up... Next thing u know it scratches someone and the bacteria under the nails cause a massive infection at the scratch..followed by a fever as your body fights it off.. It's not a myth

I have no love for a cat but that is wrong.

                          Call animal control

If you take matters into your hands (I don't think you were implying that) you end up in more trouble than the one who is abusing the cat now
