I used to hat cats until I got one for my wife. No animals should ever have to suffer like that.

A suggestion was made about having it fixed to see if he would settle down. But in the mean time he's suffering. I'm thinking of making a call and if the situation doesn't change quickly then...

What I meant was.....if it's not your cat, then offer to take it to someone else. If the owner says "no", then I guess you could report it. But if the cat is fed and watered then is it really being mistreated? Pet stores keep animals in cages. I agree that the grooming of the cat seems neglected, but if the cat has food and water and shelter then i don't know.
I hate cats.....a lot.

Release it and u just contribute to the millions of nasty strays roaming the earth..
Fun fact... Cat scratch fever is real... They crap and rub their feet in it trying to cover it up... Next thing u know it scratches someone and the bacteria under the nails cause a massive infection at the scratch..followed by a fever as your body fights it off.. It's not a mythLast edited by venisonstew; 09-29-2013, 10:22 PM.
