I use an app called ActInNature on my iPhone. It ties into Google Earth and you can document everything, add pictures, put notes about wind and travel patterns. You can use it when you track too. Click image for larger version

I use a free app for Iphone called "Mossy Oak Hunting Weather". I have all of my Hilltop Lakes places marked on it. It uses Google maps (I think) satellite images, so all of the roads are already listed.

Have any of you tried on your iphone using the google map and dropping pins and saving them as bookmarks? I did a few just to experiment, but I don't see a way to view all the bookmarks or dropped pins at once.

Now that I have the long/lats of every blind, could input that into this program from my computer?

Have you tried to sync the iphone and the ipad with this app, via iTunes?

Google earth lets you add placemarks (small pin looking things) with a comment for your stand locations.

Is it convenient to pin or mark various stands and locations, say over 15?

Did one a few years back using a handheld GPS, drafting ruler and a poster board.

mark waypoints (gate, corners, stands) leave cookies on as you ride/walk.

I started with the gate then 3 corners used the GPS to tell me how many feet it was from certain points and started drawing.
it came together nicely and i could draw in accurate new roads, stands, feeders etc.... Map60 Garmin GPS

it wasn't as hard as it sounds once you start it. Use the drafting ruler and stay to a scale

I've got 5 marked and it was real easy. Not sure how many it will accept.
