True, funny thing is many people here in texas try to do it too. Just start a thread on Crossbows in archery season, many people will be totally against it. There are tons of other examples here in Texas of people trying to make wack game laws and some are on the books like certain counties (fewer this year) you cannot bloodtrail a deer with a dog. we are luckier than some states though like the ones that outlaw hunting on Sundays

True........I use a Crossbow because my shoulder is ruined from playing sports all my younger years, wish i could bow hunt.

I may not agree with certain things that people do but as long as its within the law of the land then I am fine with it. It might be their cup of tea but it aint mine and that is how life is. This world would be boring if we all thought the same and were like machines. I agree with what you are saying and if we don't stick together we might lose all rights to hunting if the left gets what they want.
