Anyway, its become an issue! Especially when using broad heads and at longer ranges... When my sight bubble is level it feels really weird. I have to FIGHT it to make the bubble level. I've tried holding the bow different in my hand and forcing myself to shoot arrow after arrow with it level but feeling funny to no avail.
For the record its not the bow or that specific bow grip. Same thing with my Mathews, my last bow and my buddies bow.
ANY ideas besides just making the bubble level and shooting even though it feels really wrong?? Maybe a "wrap" or my DL is causing it or something along those lines...?

    Thanks!
the human hand is not comfortable at a 90 degree angle,, if you hold you hand out you can see this, you have to tilt it to get it straight,,, a few years back ben pearson offered an angled grip on some of their bows, most did not like it, but it worked fairly well.....
about all you can do is get used to watching the bubble until it feels right then if you cant you will notice it

That's what I was thinking. Some kind of grip or wrap that would "force" the bow level when you hold natural...

I have the same problem as well. As for shimming the sight, I would say thats wrong as your arrow would leave the rest and string un-level I would think (just like you're thinking). I have just got use to checking the bubble before releasing making sure its center. There is a stabilizer that you can add side weights to, dont remember the brand of the stab, but I have considered trying it. Price stopped me thus far, as its expensive, but if my issue persist I will be looking into it more. You might look up stabilizers and see if you find what im talking about and look into it. Might be a good solutuion to the problem.

Just looked it up, its the stokerized witg the ss1. Hope this helps.

Dude - Same problem here. When the bubble is centered, the bow doesn't feel right. I've changed my routine and gotten use to using the bubble. I draw, anchor, center the bubble, close my left eye and acquire the target, settle and release. Yeah that sounds like a lot of stuff going on, but it happens pretty quickly. Note that I get the bubble centered with both eyes open and half the time I keep both open through the shot. That helped me and pulled my groups back to center at longer distances.

                        Problem solved.

I use to shoot compound bare and had a heck of a time not canting the bow when I put sights, peep, drop away rest etc. on the bow.

I still have a slight cant to my bow when I shoot but, it is paper tuned perfectly, sighted in and is a killing machine all with a little cant.

IMO...If you are shooting well don't worry about it and go with what feel natural in your hand.

If your not shooting well...get a sight with a level. Teach yourself to look at the level before releasing.

I have a recurve and am fine with it but when I want/need to shoot 40-50-60 yards, my recurve just won't cut it.

Anyway, back on topic... Seems this is an issue with a lot of us!

Has anyone here shimmed their sight? How's that working out for you?

Have you shot a broad head at longer ranges? You hit low/right of where you're hitting with field points?

I'm not going to give you a cure all answer like some of the posts I've seen so far but will speak on my personal exp with the issue. for me; at least, that is usually result from getting too much hand in the bow. before you start to doubt your form or reinvent the wheel start with the thing that has the single greatest impact on accuracy. that would be the grip, since its the first thing to contact the bow it is relatively low hanging fruit.

Stabilizers - one offset like a vbar. Add weights until the bow is balanced and you can't move off a small dot at 20 or 30 yards. Front weights will pull you down. Back weights will pull you up and left or right.

I highly recommend Doinkers. They truly understand balance and stabilization.
