Buy my place its for sale. We have 20 acres in Hunt County. House 2500 sqft., pool, pond, deer, barn, deer, and just cut 33 bales of hay. You can have the hay too. We just put it the market last week. Good schools low taxes and nice place to live.

The Justin area was nice. About 25 miles from downtown Fort Worth and 40 miles from downtown Dallas. Small town feel with great schools in Northwest ISD and also large blocks of land available. Bonus is you can be at Cabela's in 15 minutes.

Glenn, need some more info from you prior to offering up any suggestions. Hard to make any by just tossing some city names around.

What area of Dallas-Fort worth will you need to commute to for purposes of work? This matters, due to traffic, construction, etc.
What part of Texas do you hunt in? Depending upon where you live, and where you hunt, could add an hour or two to your hunting trips.
Do you need to be near the airport for work reasons?
In Dallas, home prices and market values vary greatly, especially where land is concerned. Do you have an idea on budget?
What size house size is wanted / needed? Newer development wanted?

I live in Rockwall and love it. About 25 minutes from downtown dallas. If you go a little further east there is fate and Royce city with many 1 acre and up lots.

Why the frick would you want to move to the Metromess? On classifieds, there's 5 acres in Liberty hill with a house. Get that. I'm in Allen and you don't want to leave before 9am and don't want to come home after 3pm. Traffic sucks.
