        I just thought the loss of hair was odd since all the other does don't have this kind of dermatology issue. I've never noticed any deer that has looked this bad. Glad to know that it is normal.

        On the snout, I haven't noticed her tongue being always out. I'll have to double check the card. She doesn't have any problems eating corn, though.....sucks it up regularly both morn and eve.

              I think she got her nose broke when younger and seems to have adapted well. Her coat is normal for this time of year although I find it interesting they start to get winter coats when it is still so hot, but they do.

                Agreed 100 percent. This deer is not in bad shape at all. The hair loss is normal as they will go into their second coat...this is early but not unusual. The nose is simply a roman nose characteristic of an older deer. Nothing wrong here. Cheers!
