Case in point is picture below. Two young bucks doing work while I take pictures and give orders.
Small ones are easy lol.

I still say whitetail is my favorite because of the passion I have for them but nilgai is like a split hair behind them. Hard to believe such a rugged beast of an animal can taste so good.
