listened to him every morning i was in the truck. Good dude. It is weird that last week they were doing a skit on the last words they would say to each other if on their death beds.

Listened to him in high school. He DJed my wife's senior prom, Md I played in his Dallas charity golf tournament more than once. His children's charities were his true passion, and the radio was a way for his voice to reach the masses.

Autospy revealed it was cardiac disease and not a brain aneurysm.
So sad. He was a great advocate for kids. Prayers to his family, frineds and all the kids he had a hand in helping. Some are grown up and on here at TBH.Comment

Preliminary coroner's report attributes his death to "cardiac disease" not a brain aneurysm as suspected. I remember listening to Kidd all through High School and even still listened to him occassionally. Sad he's gone.

Heart disease is treatable. Sad when people don't go for regular checkups, or interperet the signs and or symptoms in time. Prayers up.Comment

Mrs told me about it yesterday morning. She has listened to him for years, and really thought highly of him. She was really sad about it. He did a lot of good in the world.
I remember him as the night DJ on the Eagle back in the 80's. He was a smart alec, womanizing, shock jock wannabe back then.Comment
