Guy has a great upside, and will be a great everyday player if he is able to get a little confidence from management. You can't just bring a guy up, send him down, bring him up and expect him to perform. The Rangers have failed miserably lately on player development.

Wow! Kins carried the Rangers for several weeks, and is a solid 2nd baseman. I like demanding fans, it keeps the team dedicated to winning, but it seems like a stretch to think that we can pick up a better guy. Profar might be him, but he hasn't been as good as Kinsler thus far.
