I have to tell you that Nidal Hassan who is the Ft. Hood shooter is guilty IMO. I know that isn't fair but I say that his case is a little different than some where the facts are not so readily visible.

Do you think it matters in a case such as his and the circumstances that are surrounding it.

Ultimately I think it comes down to who you are. And, whether you get an actual conviction or not, the court of public opinion will convict you and you'll end up a prisoner in your own life

I hate to say it, but it all depends on what color you are as a person and the color of the person you assault, shoot or kill.

especially when deer hunters are judging
