    Whats "done" for yall

Cooked up a strip tonight. Turned out exactly like I planned.

So when do yall consider your steak done

P.s. 6 pack of st. Arnolds lawnmower aided me while it cooked.

Looks done to me, I like it to where a good vet could have him ready to go back to the pasture in an hour or two

A 6-pack while cooking it??? Waste of a good steak if you ask me. A freakin bean and cheese taco at that point would taste just as good.

3.5 minutes per side on a 600 degree grill for 1 1/4" thick. Throw it on at room temp, shut lid, wait 3.5 minutes, repeat. Rest 15 minutes. Only mid is if I want cross hatch marks, then rotate 45 deg after 30 seconds. Medium rare, leaning towed rare. Yours looks good by the way.

fire should have been a little hotter and the steak off 3 minutes sooner...
