I like the looks of that! I've had to learn grill timing at my house. I like it a little purple in the middle. My wife likes a standard med-rare. One son like it medium and the other likes it medium well. On steak night the pressure is on - gotta pay attention to get it just right!

So of you fellas are some hard core carnivores! Steak was cooked 3.5mins each side. Sittin about 2 inches above charcoal. Cooking on a 14" little tiny webber grill.... Tough cookin in an apartment complex! I do what I can. Lol. Dang I'm ready for October.
