I run cord out window I'm venting out and plug directly into park extra plug so not tripping camper breaker
I thought about that too but we are gonna keep this camper for a long time and I don't want to deal with packing something else and running wires and exhaust. The service guy even suggested this as a much cheaper alternative. Thanks for all the info!

How much condensate do you generate with that? Can you set up the drip to drain continuously? I think around here it would be a steady stream of water.

I empty a red solo cup every couple days from the drain - it holds it all and had a little drain u open

At our normal campground, I would fill a solo cup with condensate dripping off the roof in a half hour or less. Do these machines handle the condensate differently?

Similar to this - couple hundred bucks and will freeze u out. Has remotes etc - digital settings
I like this idea. I was looking at putting a small window unit in the bedroom at the deer camp, but that would make it easy to break into the cabin. This might work better since you could easily pull the exhaust hose out and shut the window when you are gone.

We just had the second ac installed on our 30 amp crusader and I dont know what cord to use. Its a 20A with one straight blade coming out of the camper. Can I use a 15 amp heavy duty cord with a 20A end, plugged into the park 15 amp pedestal? Or do I NEED a 20A source?
