Ram meat to eat?!

Just like a big ole boar hog is no good you likely won't like a mature ram. I have a theory regarding ball size to animal size ratio and mature rams are on top of the list.

For table quality I'd shoot a youngin or two.

We are headed to thompson temple this weekend... gonna take out a couple rambos... we are keeping the meat but just a little curious as to how it is... any help appreciated... anyone eat the rambo meat?!

I killed a Corsican and a Dall earlier this year and they were delicious, all depends on how you cook it. But I can also make some pretty tasty black bear too.

have killed and eaten two,, treat it like deer meat nd keep it on ice water for a few days, changing the water,, before you cook it soak it in salt water,,,, i shot a real nice corsican and a decent hog a few years ago,, the jerky was awesome as well as the sausage ,,,,, worked an extra job at a big law firm and all the women their were straight up city girls but one,,, they all loved the sausage and jerky and kept coming back for more,,,,,,
it was hilarious,, the one country gal asked what it was, said she did not care, but wanted to decide wether to tell the others afterwards..
i took some more the next week and a couple came up and asked if it was really sheep,,,,, i told the truth,,, she said it was really good, 20 minutes later she was pukeing,, someone told her it had wild hog in it!!!!!!!!!!
