I am in fish mode myself but this afternoon we had a thunderstorm forming to the North and it cooled down really fast. I got the bow out and knocked some dust off the HeliM. I shot a couple nice groups and it felt good.Comment

I'm still in fish mode and will be until Sept. Fishing the Oakley Redfish Tour event in Galv next wknd, hoping to take home the big prize! Going against some if the top fisherman around so we'll see how it goes, looking forward to it!Comment

Definitely in fish mode as well.. But it's hard not to let them dang ole antlers creep on into the brain..
I'm super pumped about the season this year tho.. Got the ole lady finally convinced into goin with me. Her first year with a bow.

Yeap!! My girlfriend was quizzing me tonight about how much I am going to be gone. So, you'll be gone 9 days for your UT Elk in Oct., 12 days for your WI WT hunt in Nov., then there's Thanksgiving and what about Dec.? Yeah, it was a tad touchy, but who cares it's just around the corner.....Comment

I drive my girlfriend crazy its all I talk about. I even go sit in the stand during the offseason just to watch the deer. Never been to much into fishing so I have no hobbies during the summer. But once fall/winter hits I don't have a care in the world. Chasing deer and ducks keeps me from going insane in this crazy world.Comment
