    Greatest hunting year ever-part 2

I know a bunch of you followed along last year and it was quite a ride. An incredible year of drawing tags and traveling the world. Well, I think this year has about the same potential. I have a busy work week then leave Saturday for Africa. Will be headed to Zimbabwe for a 10 day elephant hunt with bow and then 5 days of plains game in South Africa. I will try to update as often as I can. I do have several other awesome hunts this year so it should be an adventure!

I promise to take lots of pics and post often. Africa is first then dall sheep and mountain carribou in NWT. That will be followed by whitetails and muley's in Texas and a whitetail hunt in Iowa in November. Finish of the year with coues deer out in Arizona. I am a very lucky man. I have dreamed of elephant since I was a kid and never dreamed I would have a chance to do it. Told myself years ago I would kill an elephant when I turned 40. I worked hard and saved some money so here I go. Turned 40 in November!

The elephant slayer, I hope! Athens bow in predator Camo. Set at 96 pounds. Arrows are 1250 grains and moving at a blazing 200fps. I will post up some pics of the arrows later. I hope I do as well as buff and will try my best on the play by play.
