        It may not be the same, but you are still hunting. Money comes and but you can never get a hunting season back. I personally have never shot one but I hear they are very easy to learn to shoot and be accurate with.

          I bought a Barnett Quad 400 last year after tearing my rotator cuff and took 4 deer with it. On the loud side but quick and deadly. Furthest tracking job was 60 yards using the 170 grain NAP F.O.C. crossbow mechanical broadheads.

          There is a sporting goods store up north called Dunham's and they seem to run specails quite frequently for the setup that even comes with the $100 crank, scope, quiver, and 4 arrows for $379 where as Cabelas and Bass Pro sell just the base model without the crank for $399
