    We just did this for our family reunion/vacation. If you don't want to slice yet you can just cut it in half and trim then vacuum seal. I did 3 briskets and three racks of ribs this way and it worked out perfect for us.

      cook it, vacuum seal the entire thing whole, then reheat it inside the package. WIN!

        I leave mine whole. After cooling I put the brisket in an oven turkey bag pour all the juice in with it then I put in in a brown paper grocery bag and freeze. To reheat just stick in the oven or pit while brisket is still in the turkey bag. I also do not slice it until its time to eat.
