This is my first time to hunt my new stand. Looking at all the trail cam pictures, Hogs have pushed the deer out. Looking for a big Doe or Hog this Morning. Temp is showing 65, and the wind is out of the North. It should be a nice day to kill something.

Finally got some better bucks on camera. This first one I'm pretty sure is right under 13 maybe right at but the best thing is we are MLD 2 this year and antler restrictions don't apply. I have been following this buck for a while and he should be 5.5 this year. Last year he had the smallest little drop. Don't see it this year but he has the same frame he just went up. Sorry for the terrible pictures.

Bet money that deer is 13". All the full size, mature deer I measured ears on have been 15-17 wide. Young deer have been 12-14.id shoot a mature deer with antler at ears, slightly inside. Granted, I only started measuring few years ago. So, not a huge pool of info yet. Prob 5-7 deer. Maybe some others will chime in.

Maybe mature isn't the right word. 3-5yr old deer is my def of full size/mature deer.

I'm not seeing anybody on the list but I shot a big 8 tonight. 7mm mag at 80 yards found alot of rib bone but no blood. Need a tracking dog. Anybody in rusk Co? Near Laneville- Henderson

Doe I got a couple weeks ago
