I believe it is a cotton mouth that head dont look right to me.

Eyes man, look at his eyes. Are they round? Better yet, pick it up and open its mouth. Are there fangs?

Broad banded water snake.

A juvenile water moccasin will have a lighter colored tail, almost yellow.

Tough to id from that picture.
My guess is thats a cottonmouth.
