    Baked Sweet Potato peeled and sliced. Just wrap them in foil and cook about 1 hr at 350. The skin will practically fall off when you unwrap them.

    Portabella mushrooms sauteed in olive oil with brown rice and garlic salt.

    Served this with a grilled Oryx steak.

          Longhorn Beans:

          Fry 1 lb bacon till crisp, drain off excess fat, break into small pieces; add 2 15 oz cans pork and beans and 1 medium onion in a dutch oven.

          Make a sauce of: 1 Tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp prepared mustard, 1 tsp molasses, 2 12 Tbsp hickory barbecue sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper.

          Mix sauce thoroughly into beans. Cover the dutch oven and put in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
