oil field in the Midland/Odessa area.

Not much else out here worth doing, all the money is in the oilfield and I would bet 90% of the employed people in Ector county work the oilfield. But all the restaurants in the area are hiring also if that is an option. There is also a cement plant, but not sure how often they hire. Only real reason to be in Midland/Odessa is for the oilfield.

Oh okay, my bad then. I also know there is a lot of oilfield activity in south texas right now, but I don't have any experience with it.

I've met some guys (2) that are billionaires now that started as rig hands. Not even sure they had degrees or anything like that. Go work on a crew and get to know the oil patch. The sky is the limit with a good work ethic common sense and a little bit of luck.

Btw, these guys got good at what they did, and started their own companies, started recognizing what area where prolific and put land packages together. Yes it is doable.

Ya man I just need to get my foot in the door seems like every APP I fill out they ask if if I have had any misdemeanors and I tell the truth about the DWI and I never get a call back. I don't want to lie then they find out I feel like that would look worse.
