Evan and I will not be able to make it this year. I have accepted a job in Arlington, Washington and I start September 3rd. I will be driving up there while ya'll are protecting the border from whitewing doves. Y'all have fun, and shoot some for us.
Wow Keith, I guess congratulations are in order but sure hate y'all will miss it. Good luck on the move and new job.
I hear ya Paul. I think I'm still sportin' the tan lines on my legs from last year. I've got an easy up on my patio right now that I'm going to spray some fabric paint on to break up the top a little. May not bother the dove one bit but makes me feel better.
Billy I'm going to be forced to not be there at noon the first day since I'm not traveling til opening day. Leaving early though. If I remember right it's a little under 6 hours for me.

I think we have learned our lesson about going too early. Glad that you're gonna make it.
Those pics were on Friday around 8am, went back yesterday evening around 6pm and WW were steadily leaving the field going north back to town. BB's were pouring in from the water canal on the south end, so I hammered them for an hour then got tired of shooting. So my guess is the WW are starting to get to the field around 3pm and leaving when their bellies are full.
