the redwings already own the field at the house...hammered two boxes at them yesterday morning..I am considering spraying the field with bird reppellant chemicals
that double barrell never lets you forget what your doing. I hold on and push back and load as fast as I can. Its fun...cant imagine shooting at geese with that dude loaded hot
Redwing Blackbirds are protected by Federal law (Title 50, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 21.43) in the United States except that they may be killed when found "committing or about to commit depredations upon ornamental or shade trees, agricultural crops, livestock, or wildlife, or when concentrated in such numbers and manner as to constitute a health hazard or other nuisance." Some States and local governments may have additional restrictions on killing blackbirds. Starlings and house sparrows were introduced from Europe and are not protected by Federal law.
It's on like bing bong! Mr. Mark, are the fields easy to get too and around by pickup or would a side by side be better?
Unless your side by side has a dust proof cab with air-conditioning, I would highly recommend using your pickup. It is hitting over 100 degrees each day and will most likely stay that way.
I haven't been geting to the fields until 6:30pm to defend the seeds, still plenty of WW & BB flying around but less sun and slightly cooler temps and I know where the shady spots are
Lol nope just didn't know if there was some spots easier to get too with a utv. If we get any nasty wet weather that makes trucks tearing up fields I'll gladly pull it down to shuttle folks
