Tannerite bomb for pigs?

I doubt it, I have seen video of 10 pounds vs a 175 ish pound boar. The exlposions really aren't as big as people think they are. Just loud and lot of smoke so they look impressive but with out shrapnel they are just big firecrackers.

Must have been some week stuff you saw. I've had 5 lbs rattle windows a few miles away.

No, a buddy of mine shot 10 pounds of the stuff right next to a 175 or so pound boar and they had to shoot it again to kill him. But the tannerite did knock him on his ***. Also lots of misconceptions about tannerite. It does not catch fire or have any type of spark of flame, so accelerants or shooting it at night will not cause a ball of flame like many people think it will. If I were to try it I would use 10 pounds and put some sort of shrapnel around it to actually cause damage and be 100 yds away and shoot it with something bigger than a .223. We have had horrible result when using .223 but amazing results with bigger rounds like .30-06.

Supposedly Tannerite brand will not start a fire but other brands will.

Are you sure it was 10 pounds? If so was it homemade stuff?

After what I witnessed yesterday from some guys on the lease shooting 4 pound containers of it with AR 15's.... Yes. I think it would do plenty of damage. Would definitely send some airborne.

We tried to make a tannerite pig bomb once but couldnt get the pigs to cooperate and the tannerite finally went bad after sitting outside for a couple weeks.

I dont kow what they were using b/c it wasn't tanerite. I have video (meaning i was there filming it) of about a 120 lber getting blown to pieces and i found a piece of the back leg about 80 yards away......let me find it you can see hog flying in the air, with 4.00 lbs at approx 120-130 yards away i felt a decent shock wave. keep your eye on the upper right hand side of the screen, that is hog pieces flying
