All government employees should be hired using this job application with correct answers. They're using it now but if you get even one right, you're not hired.

I'll guarantee that our governor has done more than tweet and facebook... but guess what is being reported in the liberal media. Seems like the invite got front exposure on a lot of websites. Sure seems to have gotten that publicity and talk going..

Something like having the local news crews in a Texas town with him in front of an empty factory and as he points to it saying, "We welcome your kind of company in Texas". Or getting on an airplane and having a meeting with the president of the company in CT or Kimber in NY.
        In case of the latter,

he'd get accused of wasting tax dollars, misappropriating funds, or some other type of misconduct.....

It will be interesting to see waht and where some of these companies may move if anywhere. The Wall Street Journal also had an opinion article stating that they think that everyone of these laws goes against the ruling by the Supreme Court on the 2nd Amendement in the Heller ruling. They basicalyl said that these laws being passed in Conn and CO could and very well may be struck down by a higher court.
I am going to have to agree with this, it was a direct assault on the Heller decision. Same way they struck down the DC and Chicago laws, the same will probably happen in these states. That said they still need to burn those states with their pocket book.

When you consider that 4 SC Justices could read the 2A AND STILL find a reason to vote against the majority in Heller, it doesn't instill a great deal of confidence that they will strike down any of the current infringements. Once again, Justice Kennedy will determine the outcome.

It will also take years to get a case in front of them, so if any conservative justice leaves the court, 2A could be in real jeopardy.

            Elections have consequences.
