This is my 3rd week of Insanity. I have only been able to work out 4 or 5 days per week (the program is 6 on 1 off) but I still feel a lot better. On the days that I have not done Insanity I have walked or done some other form of low impact exercise.
I'm 41 and pretty beat up from some horse accidents but I still do the workouts. The knees get a little sore and there are some of the exercises that hurt more so I modify them. I may go a little slower but i focus on doing the exercise correctly. I'm not looking to become a fitness model so I am happy with my results so far. Good luck
