the ONLY problem with this.. is that they were talking about "not punishing children" which means that those leaches without children will now have an incentive to start having a few.

Needs to be required for ALL recipients, not just those who "appear" or have drug convictions.

I hope it does get passed. We already pay for their Iphones, Air Jordans and big screen televisions. At least we can stop paying for their drug use.

Yep, I see it going like this:

Dirtbag live in boyfriend: "Say momma, you needs to gets a raise."

Mother of 4 kids with different dads who don't pay child support: "You right baby, we needs another kid fo the gubment to pay us mo."
