      i have a QAD.

I don't think its as accurate as my drop away but I don't have the issues i did when stalking about the arrow staying on the rest that I did with my trophy taker.

inside 30 yards its plenty accurate

I went to ONE 3 d tournament with my compound.
I had a WB on my bow, some " awesome " shooter thought it was a great time to continually tell me how juvanile my WB was until we tallied the scores.
Apparently getting your arse whooped by an old guy shooting through a WB ain't all that cool.
        What was your score?

          Why does that matter?

I shoot mid 280 to 290 in the open class. Thats unknown with an HHA slider, no len's and a whisker biscuit. Im mid to high 270's on a real bad day. Open class is out to 50 yard's.

I have shot a wb and qad and now the apache micro and so far I like the nap apache the best. It's easy to time and tune. But have no complaints with the qad and have killed several animals with a wb. It's a complete personal preference although I did notice a increase of accuracy with a drop away vs the wb not enough to matter to some ppl but I want every little bit I can get lol.

If your WB is loud you have the wrong arrows. If it tears up your vanes you have the wrong vanes. If you think it's ugly you need to find something else to worry about.

Actually, since the WB contacts the arrow throughout the shot sequence, it is an expert's rest.
                    Form needs to be good.
The best things about the WB are, it is simple, keeps the arrow on the rest, and shoots a good arrow.
                    Other than that, it's junk.

I've shot the WB since 2004ish. I struggle a little with the accuracy at 80yds but that might be me and I can't hardly kill an animal with it because it's so loud

I have been a WB fan for years. I've went to other rests a couple times but always come back to the old WB. It just works.

I've had several buddies have drop aways break for one reason or another. I'm in year 6 with my WB and it needs to be replaced, but it still shoots true.

Simplicity still has its place in the world...

I shoot a WB and haven't had any problems. The best thing about a WB is that it doesn't cost a $100s. If ain't broke don't fix it!

Never had a problem with my WB. Got a new bow and used the Hostage rest for 2 years, just upgraded to a QAD ultra rest hdx. Just testing the waters but am probably gonna stick to this drop away. Nothing bad to say about full containment rests though!
