I don't know how to spell Carnicasada, "yes I'm a white boy" But anyway just tried this with bacon cheese and avocado w/little hot salsa and look out. This I buy from Chihuahua's across from the Auto zone on 290 in the big city of Giddings. Very nice people run the place and have everything you can think of even out standing Manudo ("sorry white boy thing again")on Saturdays. The only thing is, everybody knows about this place and you can wait in line for quite a while; this place stays packed at every normal eating time.

I have gone there at lunch time and there breakfast tacos are still good then. I don't get ro go there often but I enjoy it everytime I do.

I used to be a FOW regular back in the late 90's and early 2000's but they have just been too inconsistent for me to keep going back. And the inconsistencies have been wit the food and the service and different days of the week. They are still the go to spot for a ton of local folks but I thinkin am done with them and I hate that because the Big Daddy Bud Light is awesome when they are having a good day but I have had one to many times of calling in ahead of time and still waiting 15 minutes when I get there for a taco with raw potatoes and bacon that could have cooked a little longer.

My fav is Maudie"s Pete's Tantalizing Tacos, egg, sausage, onion, cheese and tons of serranos! $2 each, heaven....
