Almost anything they sell but my favorite is barbacoa. Homemade tortillas.
I just cant remember the name of the place. Its right on the north side of 290 in Giddings.
We always stop by on the way to the lease. They are only open for breakfast from 5:00a - 11:00a, thats it. No lunch, no dinner.
It's freakin great breakfast though!!!

Seriously? Anything on a flour tortilla is a burrito? LOL. That's insane. Breakfast tacos are the norm in Texas, burritos or wraps is for California.The size, as Smart said is the difference, not what goes inside. In Laredo and Nuevo Laredo they are often called mariachis, but they are tacos.

A few things here that are silly: (lol, y'all can attack me, I don't care)

Hot sauce is tabasco or Louisianne type sauce. Orange stuff that is hot. Irritates me when people call salsa or picante hot sauce.

BBQ sauce on a taco? Uh, NO! Rudy's has some good salsa for their tacos.

Burritos are filled, folded, and fried, anything else is a taco regardless of corn or flour!

Bacon Egg & Cheese tacos from Jalisco in Pearsall, TX. Delicious but I put on 25lbs. in the 3 years I worked there. You won't be disappointed.

Can't go wrong with Bacon, Egg, Cheese, and homemade salsa

However I do like Carne Guisada, Bean, and Cheese from Taqueria El Potro (Rodd Field & SPID) and La Tapatia (Weber & Brushwood) here in Corpus. I have yet to try a taco from Rudys but I hear good things abotu them. Maybe 'll pick one up tomorrow morning
