Has anyone seen a smaller one than 22 from the factory without the hole?
Thanks.
I was at Landford today getting discs and they have discs smaller than 22" but they have holes.

So I punch "Disc cooker recipe" into the ol google machine here, and the 1st result is a link to a thread right here on the big green one!
You might pay particular attention to post #7, and it's wording.
Well of course I've already read all the recipes on that thread so on down the page I go until I find a link to some other recipes on BlueMoondiscdotwhatever and I start scanning on down.
Check out "Terry's Bohemian Cabbage and Paddlefish" a little over 1/2 way down.....
C'mon Terry, at least tell us how to cook the paddlefish you recipe stealin dog!

Well since its the first meal I cooked with my brand new disc cooker that must make it my "favorite disc cooker meal" so far. Well it starts with 6 potatoes, 2 onions, a half a head of garlic, 1 jalapeno , a generous amount of bacon, cook till patatoes are done then push to the edge and insert 4 marinated flat iron steaks. The steaks sliced like butter
