The long hooks (sort of in the middle of the picture) thay run from almost the top of the table to the bottom. He says they are 24" but I dont think he includes the handles in that length because they measure closer to 30".

I have a set (left and right hand) of smaller ones and they work great for turning large hunks of meat on a pit or use a single dor turning smaller pieces on the grill.

I made a venison stir fry on mine the other night and my wife said it was the best deer steak ever.
