    I'm wanting some new arrows..

I've been shooting FMJ for the past couple seasons but I think I want to try something a little lighter with a little more speed. I only have a 26.5" draw so I need all I can get. What does the GS suggest?

I have some Easton Flatline DOA 340's, brand new bare shafts with nocks, still unwrapped in the plastic. I'll make a deal if you decide you want to go in that direction. I was about to put them in the classifieds anyways. I'm dropping from 70# to 60# limbs and I want to go to DOA 250's. Hope I didn't hijack, just throwing it out there.

GoldTip XT hunter. Save a few buck and you will never know the difference. Just MHO.

I've been shooting Easton Axis but recently bought a dozen Carbon Express Blue Streak Selects...definitely shoot a lot flatter (faster) not enough experience with them to say how they stand up to wind...haven't bloodied one yet either.

Gold Tip XT Hunter. Good solid arrow for less than most. Question is, what speed are you shooting now and what do you want to go to.

I would stay with the FMJ's. Best hunting arrow on the market. But the new injections look kinda cool.

I sold my FMJs and am going with my Easton Epics and/or CE Mayhem Hunters. I wish the Epics weren't discontinued I really liked them, I'll use the 6 I have left then probably stick with the mayhems.

Gold Tips XT Hunter, I switched last year and have had good luck with them.

If you like the slim shaft try the gold tip kinetic arrows. I shoot the pro hunter but like previously mentioned try the xt hunters if you want to save some coin.

I assume you are wanting more speed so it shoots flatter therefore possibly missing less shots. My question to you is this, do you shoot over 50 yds? because if not the weight difference won't effect the shot that much. Next question is if you do shoot over 50 yd do you want to have any momentum when it gets there because a lighter arrow loses both that and KE.
At 26.5 draw I personally would be more concerned with penetration

I shoot FMJ's now and am looking to increase arrow weight to increase penetration. While I shoot longer distances and tuning is tougher out to 70 & 80 with a heavier arrow the penetration benefit far exceeds the benefit of a light arrow

An over exaggeration but good example: You stand at 20 yds and have a buddy throw a ping pong ball at you then throw a softball at you
would you rather be hit by the faster ping pong ball or the slower softball. That's the heavy vs flat argument.

Easton has some new slim shafts - the Injexion for one - that you might want to consider. The Lightspeeds are also excellent hunting and target shafts.
